I am passionate about food, about classic kitchen skills and about basic equipment that makes your life easier. I am obsessed with how food can make you feel amazing and look fantastic – that is why I’m in my kitchen!
Classically trained at Leith’s, then with Roux Brother’s returning some years later as senior teacher and demonstrator to Leith’s again before the arrival of family took me out of London.
Along the way I have travelled, run restaurants, worked freelance as a private chef around the world, published a cook book, been involved with the TV Series Chef’s School. I have had huge fun with this amazing business and its time to give it all back.
My mission is to inspire as many adults and children as I can to cook fresh fast food, to encourage you to vote with your feet and buy organic and local products, to be pro-active and look after yourselves to the best of your ability.
